1. Definition of Services

My Trip Ease operates as a B2C/B2B travel portal facilitating air ticketing, land logistics, hotel accommodation bookings, tour packages, and visa assistance services. We act strictly as an agent between you (the customer) and the ultimate service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, and consolidators).

2. Booking and Pricing

  • Accuracy of Information: You are entirely responsible for providing accurate passenger details (names matching passports exactly, contact numbers, and passport validity). My Trip Ease is not liable for booking failures due to incorrect details.

  • Price Fluctuations: All fares, rates, and package pricing displayed on the portal are subject to change and real-time availability until the full payment is received and tickets/vouchers are successfully issued.

  • Taxes and Fees: Prices listed include applicable government taxes and fuel surcharges unless stated otherwise. However, local city taxes or resort fees collected directly by hotels are the client’s responsibility.

3. Payment and Ticketing

  • All bookings must be secured with authorized payment methods (Bank Transfers, Credit/Debit Cards, or Mobile Wallets).

  • A booking is only deemed confirmed once a formal electronic ticket (e-ticket) or hotel voucher is dispatched to your registered email address.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Amendments

  • Provider Policies: All cancellations, date modifications, and refunds are strictly governed by the specific policies of the third-party airline or hotel involved.

  • Service Fees: My Trip Ease reserves the right to charge a nominal administrative service fee for processing any ticket reissuances, date changes, or refund applications, in addition to the penalties imposed by the service provider.

  • Non-Refundable Fares: Promotional tickets, low-cost carrier flights, and certain holiday flash deals are completely non-refundable and non-changeable.

5. Passport, Visas, and Health Regulations

  • It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from the travel date) and possess the necessary visas, transit visas, and health documents required by destination authorities.

  • While My Trip Ease provides visa drop-box and facilitation assistance, the final approval or rejection of a visa rests solely with the respective Embassy or Consulate. Service fees for visa processing are entirely non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

My Trip Ease shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, delay, injury, accident, or damage resulting from:

  • Flights delays, cancellations, or overbookings by airlines.

  • Acts of God, political instability, strikes, quarantine mandates, or government-imposed travel restrictions.

  • Variations or deficiencies in services provided directly by hotels or transport operators.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of bookings made through our portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
